Welcome to REBL Labs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by REBL Labs, including our website https://rebllabs.ai and the AI-powered solutions and consulting services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. About REBL Labs

REBL Labs provides AI and automation services with a focus on marketing and sales. Our services include pre-built AI-powered teammates (e.g., AI Receptionist, SEO Blogger, Social Media Assistant) and custom-built solutions tailored to your business needs. All Services are provided with human oversight by the REBL Labs team.

2. Account Creation and Access

To use certain Services, including our AI teammates, an account must be created for you. Account access is set up by our team and provided to you directly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Fees and Payment

Our Services are subject to a one-time build fee (ranging from $2,500 to $7,500) and a monthly subscription fee (ranging from $500 to $5,000) based on the number of AI teammates and the complexity of your solution.

● All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

● Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

● We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new rates.

4. Use of AI Teammates and Client Responsibilities

Our AI teammates are designed to support, not replace, human decision-making. You agree that:

● You will remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and supervising any outputs generated by AI teammates.

● You are solely responsible for the data, contact lists, advertising materials, or other content you provide to or use with our Services.

● REBL Labs is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or outcomes of any AI-generated actions performed using your data.

AI technologies are evolving rapidly. We do not guarantee specific results and recommend human oversight for all critical decisions.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect limited personal data (e.g., name, email address, phone number) via our website and lead forms. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described. If operating in the EU/UK, you may have additional GDPR rights.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate third-party platforms such as OpenAI, Make.com, n8n, and others.

We are not responsible for:

● The availability, accuracy, or security of third-party platforms,

● Any data shared with or actions taken by such platforms,

● Downtime or issues caused by their services.

Use of these platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Communication & VoIP Compliance

If your Services include use of a VoIP number (e.g., via Twilio), you agree to:

● Comply with all applicable telecommunications and anti-spam laws (e.g., TCPA in the

U.S.),

● Not use our Services to send unsolicited messages, robocalls, or spam,
● Maintain an accurate identity and contact information for registration purposes.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of Services.

8. SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website or other approved methods, you agree to receive text messages from REBL Labs related to your inquiry, appointments, or services.

Text messages may include confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, or service-related notifications. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement and requests.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

REBL Labs does not send unsolicited text messages and does not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. All SMS communications are sent in compliance with applicable laws and carrier regulations, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

● Engage in illegal, harmful, or deceptive practices,

● Violate the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or data protection rights,

● Transmit harmful content, malware, or conduct data scraping or misuse of APIs.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any violation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, AI models, and tools provided by REBL Labs remain our intellectual

property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission. Your use of the Services grants no ownership or license beyond the scope of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

REBL Labs provides Services “as is” and makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

● We disclaim all implied warranties.

● We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

● Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for violations of these Terms, failure to pay, or misuse of AI teammates. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations, and if unresolved, submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

14. Changes to Terms
